I received this quest from the rare that drops the quest while I was Alliance. I transferred over to Horde and I had almost a quarter of it completed. When I transferred, I lost all my progress and the quest. Can I get assistance on this?

This happened to me as well. I’ve killed the rare twice since I changed factions but haven’t gotten the quest item to drop again, so I’m mainly wondering if it’s possible to get more than once on this character.
I actually found the quest again on accident, go to Shalba in the City of Threads. Coords are 45.59, 13.42
