I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to submit tickets now, but I’m having an issue that I’ve been troubleshooting for some time now and am getting pretty frustrated with it.
My character is stuck in the Visions of Azeroth campaign. The game tells me to go to Dalaran to pick up “Strengthen the Ward,” but Khadgar is not present in Dalaran or Orgrimmar. I confirmed that I have not completed the quest (/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(78630)) returns false). It is not in my Adventure Guide, Quest Log, or available from the Warchief’s Board.
