I just created a drac toon and used to boost to lvl 70 for her. I had played her to lvl 13 prior to boosting her. When I tried to login with her, the cut scene for ‘The War Within’ caused the game to crash. It got to the same place (after N’zoth shows up) and crashes. I can watch this cut scene on my other toons with no problem. And as she is a boosted toon, it wont let me hit escape key to exit out of the scene. So I couldnt play this toon, as I couldnt get around this scene.
Support was able to move my toon, so I was able to log on and view the scene without it crashing. Wonderful!
Except, now I get the War Within cut scene EVERY time I log into her and I cannot exit out of it. It doesn’t crash, but I have to sit through the scene every time I log onto her.
I also get the cut scene on every other toon, every time I log onto them, but I can exit out of it with them.
I shouldn’t be getting the scene once I’ve viewed it once on a toon, so why is it constantly playing? How do I get around this and have the scene stop playing?
