War within - leveling from 60 -70 zone?

Can I please get confirmation if you can only level in the dragon isles from 60-70 in the war within expansion? Or can you do it in any zone?
I’m sick of leveling alts in the dragon isles…

If it is questing, then yes; only in the Dragon Isles. However, you can always level through LFD (looking for dungeon), Random Battlegrounds, Timewalking (if it’s up), etc.

Edit: you asked regarding TWW, my bad. From 60 to 70 it’ll probably be on any zone using chromie time.

I’m pretty sure they will add Dragon Isles to Chromie time, as they did with Shadowlands with release of DF, so you could level in any time.

When the War Within goes live I am sure you’ll be able to quest where you want in older expansions, up until 70 where you’ll have to level in War Within content.

I’ll find the quote later or someone else can, but DF is going to be the new default new player starting expac when TWW comes out. You can lvl 10-70 in DF or in SL or any older expacs if you’d like in TWW.
