War Within FrostFire Hero Spec - frost\fire bolt question

If you get kicked on frostfire bolt does it lock you on both fire\frost?

Normally on fire mage if you get kicked on fire you can cast ring of frost, or if you get kicked on frost you can cast dragonbreath. So i am just wondering if frostfire locks you out on both of them

In the past I believe it locked you out of both fire and frost being kicked. Spell lockouts are only 3 seconds though so there’s that
