The War Supply Chests seem to be glitched at the moment. I opened a crate, looted the chest and it didn’t count towards the 5 I need for the achievement. I still have 3/5 from BFA.
They’ve been glitched for several years as I understand it. I went back about 6-8 months ago to try to finish mine and I never got credit for it.
I checked Wowhead at the time and multiple people were reporting this.
Hope it gets fixed someday.
