So I just finished the “Dark Awakenings” part from “You Are Now Prepared!” and on wowhead it says the next part I pick up is “We Have a Problem” from High Exarch Turalyon, but he isn’t offering it to me. I assume that since I did everything to lead up to this point he should offer it but I guess I am missing something. He has the “Fuel of a Doomed World” quest, but I didn’t think I needed to complete that, do I? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
Have you done Illidan’s quests for the invasion portals? That seems to be a common missed step in the chain. (And it’s a bit weird as he gives it to your early, but it doesn’t block your progress until later on.)

please can you help me. Where would I find the Illidan’s quest series? I finished the two campaigns but are unable to find the War of Light and Shadow. 
The quest I mentioned above comes from Illidan on the Vindicaar. He has a few quests to do both the lesser and greater assaults. (There’s also a weekly version of the mini assault quest for rep that you don’t need to do.) The quests you are looking for is “Where they Least Expect it” and “Commander’s Downfall.”

I’ve done Illidan’s quets for the invasion portals (done the 3 minor ones and then the quest for the major one. Still not getting any ‘We have a problem’ quest option. I’ve tried picking up ‘Fuel for a Doomed World’ and abandoning it–no change. I re-picked up the same quest and actually completed it…no change–and now he doesn’t offer any quest at all.
Have you been able to finish the achievement?
You have to accept and complete We Have A Problem
