yeah for some reason tuesday broke it so you couldn’t apply the buff to anyone in a cc already, so it wouldn’t work on the sheep of db->sheep

if blizzard can do this, they should also make astral shift and tremor totem usable still cc’ed again for shaman. i’m tired of my enh shaman getting crapped on to the point i don’t wanna play her anymore.
