Generally I’m all for player choice.
However Blizzard would apparently like to keep a reasonable faction balance on NS. Transfers could interfere with that.

Also you can call me an old school, old fashioned weirdo but to and from all anniversary servers would mean DS → NS or pve to pvp which is no bueno. Gonna have to then agree with the reroll crowd. Sorry OP.
