I don’t see how I can play multiple specs on the same toon with all of these systems. What’s BiS for WW dosent seem BiS for Brew. Do I have to make 2 monks?
Venthyr isn’t bis for brew but the port may permit some spicy m+ skips.

What is “best” now might not be the best later on. I feel like that’s why it’s not worth worrying about it too much, any day can bring massive changes to all these systems.

I wish covenants were cosmetic only. I don’t want people joining covenants for performance purposes.

I just use the same gear for both. The amount of effort I spend on gearing an alternate spec can instead be spent getting a higher ilvl overall, benefitting both.

Same but thems the breaks, and when a covenent breaks get ready to have a bunch of swapping happen.
OP honeslty right now we are still looking at final tuning but both Vent and NFae could be good choices for WW/Brm set up
I would recommend Night Fae. Faeline Stomp is looking like a solid ability for all three specs. Is it BiS for everything? Maybe not, but its at least looking competitive in all forms of content.
