Want to get tomtom to do something for me question

I dont know what expac it was but i recall something where you needed to find a bunch of chests and when you enabled tomtom and you were in that zone no matter where you stood the tomtom arrow would show you the closest chest and then you could basically follow the arrow to the remaining chests in that area.

I want to do the same thing with Raid portal locations. I can copy and paste the locations fine but how do i get tomtom to show me the closest raid location per my place in the game world?

please this isnt a discussion on other addons showing me on a map…i have that stuff. i want to enable tomtom somehow tell it about raid portal locations then look at the arrow and move to the closest one and then next and so forth.

If you’re wedded to Tom Tom I can’t help you. I found that thing buggy and inconsistent and I stopped using it early in Legion.

There are any number of addons that will either by configuration or default settings show you nearby instance and raid portals via arrow on your world screen.

/cway will set the arrow to the closest waypoint.
I think by default it will only consider points in the same zone but you can change that in the settings.

There should also be a setting to automatically change to the next closest waypoint when you remove the current one.
