There are many adjustments that could make things better, changes will happen eventually. It’s due imo. 
As of right now once our chars are sitting in reasonable levels of gear, playing them from 10-59 is very manageable. Gearing up is actually fantastic from 10-59.
Players with missing slots or severely low gear will always have a harder time, maybe buff the lower end of our matches?
A half dozen Dungeons = roughly a dozen pieces of gear.
It’s pretty straight forward until we get some vendors back/updated.
