The solution is to find normal people to raid with.

I don’t think there’s a single person in my raid group prioritizing Shadowlands over Naxx progression.

This is not true in all cases, at least on my server.

My guild lost about 6 geared players to SL. Feels bad.

dont worry about other players bro. just worry about you. if you want to worry about other players, worry about what you can do for them.

I’d like to know where this information is coming from. Anyone “hardcore” I’ve seen on my servers so far is bored as all they’ve had is Torghast which they can currently cap playing twice a week, and decked out in their current BiS. After the leveling experience, the end game currently is a bit stale for that crowd.

Main game taken over by the shadow game. Sounds like conspiracy theories.

Between Shadowlands attrition and holidays, the next month is going to be pretty brutal for dad guilds.

uhh what, my guild has 2 raid groups that are ready to go. players have signed up and are anticipating the launch. Naxx is gonna be super popular. You’re just flat out wrong with this one lol

I agree with you some have left for Shadowlands, i noticed the sever has thinned a bit. I have no animosity towards them, its their money but do not expect to come back for a raid spot in the near future anytime soon because you’ve been replaced…

I’ve chosen to not goto shadowlands, but its hard to determine as its the holidays for everyone, i am enjoying classic and hopefully TBC. I want to stick it out and help the guild i am apart of for over a year now. I’m not a quitter and won’t leave people up and dry when things get tough, i can’t say for some people because they do not hold those morals

he’s just probably someone who’s not in a good enough guild to do it so he’s trying to pretend like nobody else is so is hating on the raid and classic players so he can feel better about himself

SL isn’t what’s going to turn people off from raiding Naxx, it’s the amount of consumables some guilds are requiring to have in order to do it. Some guilds are requiring members to literally have all bag slots filled with pots that cost upwards of 2,000g. Some people aren’t willing to spend real money to fund their WoW addiction.

This. I am in a guild that doesnt require WBs and yesterday they tried saying “everyone needs to have 15 GFPP, 20+ GNPP, and 20+ GSPP on top of flasks and normal offensive / defensive consumables” I just laughed. GNPP are 19g per on my server, im not bringing 380g just in GNPP, it is honestly comical.

BWL wasnt hard, AQ wasnt hard, Naxx will be tough at most. As long as ppl arent brain dead and can do the mechanics, it wont be anything insane. Might take a few extra weeks of killing bosses to tack on some extra gear here and there but that is it. These ppl thinking you need 500g + in consumables per night have brain dmg.

Not sure what guilds ur referring to for this, probably just the ones that are trying to have world firsts or best time clears. Once people start seein it’s not as hard as it’s perceived to be people will just be doing it normally. Trust me in a month, lots of guilds will be steamrolling it… hell probably sooner.

I dont know about steam rolling it but it wont be far off from the AQ progression. most guilds will clear all but the big 2 at the end and will slowly get them down after a few months.

I agree with you 100%, but I assure you there are a lot of guilds out there that are just “standard” try hards that are requiring an astronomical amount of consumables going into week 1.

The smart guilds over recruited in anticipation of this. Any guild leader should have seen the Shadowlands drop-off from 100 miles away.

If your guild lacks population then time to look at others
