The advertisement on the battle net launcher shows green leaves and brown ‘skin’ to match branches - essentially a tree.
Mine has silver leaves and very light purple skin. What’s up with that?

He is a seasonal mount, it’s a neat touch.
I assume we will see him change on the first day of spring or maybe April?

I expect his mountspecial will change too, perhaps flowers for spring, green leaves for summer, red leaves for fall?

It’ll likely do what the battle pet does, which is change colors depending on what season it is.
Would be neat if there was a way to have it display whatever seasonal colors each individual would prefer

Well I do not know about you but the deciduous trees have no leaves at all in the winter time. I would prefer that to what we have now.

Seeing as it changes colors with the seasons it made me think of the Forest of Seasons area in the Secret of Mana.

They do in Shadowlands, son.
I voted for this mount, however beyond trying it out for 10 seconds I won’t be using it.
Mounts that everyone have retain very little value to me, sorry to say it, just being honest and maybe a bit snobby too.
I love that it changes colours though, I mean they could have just left it a generic green but they went a little further for us, I think that’s cool.

The Tree Changes Color with the Seasons. Right now we’re still in late Winter/Early Early Spring.
That’s why bud and I think it was amazing they did that.
You have a tree in real life that you can choose it’s color and tell it to stay like that other than a Rubber Tree?
It shows the Developers actually took some pride in this mount and I applaud them. Your suppose to be riding on a real tree, seasons change bud.
When Winter comes do you go out in a T-shirt and shorts or are you wearing Seasonal clothing like a warm shirt & Jacket with long pants?
some will change colour based on how alkaline/acidic the soil is, or the amount of sunlight they’re exposed to.

Well yeah if he’s willing to go out and pour ton’s of Alkaline/Acidic treatments to the soil. Then I guess he can choose the color he wants. No telling how long the tree will live by artificially changing the soil base.
I give you that one no bully, however in normal nature you can’t choose the color your tree is to set your mood unless your purposely changing the soil base.

The mount has been in the game one week and already, no one is using it.
But I guarantee I’d still be using gooey cat boi.
