Low to no stock on pretty much ANY amd chips…even Zen 2. No GPUs available. I waited to long to pick up some new hardware. Time to wait a few months I guess.

I got a 9900k, multiple fans, another samsung evo, rx 570, all for great prices. Gonna be doing several upgrades as christmas presents. But I bought them on Wednesday/Thursday online. I think by the weekend what little deals there were sold out.
Except Intel stuff. Plenty of that left. Great value proposition if you can avoid the ryzen hype train.
If you shop around you can find zen3 at msrp. Antonline has stock on the 5800x about once a week along with some other retailers you just got to really watch.
The intel i9 10850k is $389 right now on amazon. If you ask me that’s quite insane! Thats the 10th gen i9!!! At that price it’s practically a steal. Considering that’s what the i7 was running for. I jump on it if I were you. At this price they are probably going to sell out in no time
GPU is the issue if you want a current vcard but the rest shouldn’t be an issue (zen2 anyways.)
Up here Dell had a great price on a 3700x with 3070/3080 after some % off codes but I didn’t need one even though I’m just after the card.
Intel and AMD recently had “new release launches”. This may be the reason behind any out of stock issues. People are going with 2nd/3rd choices since their first choice isn’t available.
Now, it’s either a “hurry up and wait” or “let’s just get what’s available” situation. Unless you have some kind of computer parts store (like Micro Center) nearby. Even then, it may be a hit or miss thing. (starting to miss CompUSA at this point too)
3060ti launches tomorrow. If you’re fast on the draw, you might be able to get one.
They seem like great deals, and take over for the 5700XT’s price slot with better performance, DLSS, and competent (sorta) ray tracing.
