Waited 10 hrs to log onto Aragul oceanic server, then 10 mins after getting on the server crashed and i’m back at 10,000th in line.
I don’t think i have experienced such a frustrating launch in all of my years of playing wow! hell i don’t even remember the real classic launch being this bad

Real classic was just literally unplayable for a multitude of reasons.
I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that the sheer number of people trying to log on across all realms is significantly larger than original launch. If BfA was worth a damn it probably wouldn’t be, but people are bored and curious.
Everyone just chill. Give it a few days, weeks, a month. Play retail in the meantime (probably part of Blizzard’s plan). Things will more than settle, I’m guessing.

My mate and i are in a similar position. 9 hour queue, 15 min of gameplay and crash. Now 10k in line. May as well go to sleep and wake up, i’ll still be in the queue after.
Same here mate. 9 hours wait, 5 mins in game, crashed and back in queue. It is going much faster however. Was great fun for 5 mins

Only real downside here is that with original launch, i remember getting something like a week worth of playtime to compensate for all the problems. Im thinking we wont be seeing any of that here!

people were in the queue before the game went live.
The exact same thing happened to me on Whitemane, this is extremely upsetting. The client wouldn’t let me log in even saying that I couldn’t be logged in with my account info. My friend started submitting BS tickets to get put back in and somehow managed to be put back into game, Is this possible for us that have been disconnected?
