Wait so HOW does Druid shapeshifting work anyways?

So for druid shapeshifting, we all know what happens in the game, you get a cute tauren, or a towering nelf, or a ugly troll, and then they whap a button and a adorable kitten, bear, tree, moonkin, or raptor thing for the zandalari appears.

  1. But how would it work? Would they be like channeling the form of the druids and the aspects, and take on their form? Or if you shapeshifted, would you witness your bones stretching and changing ala all werewolf like as you shifted forms. Or would you just pop into a small arcane bubble with your spirit one second human and MAGIC they’re now a kitty?

  2. Are all druids with the fangs of Ashamane forms of Ashamane. Also why do female druids like tauren sprout manes and antlers? How does that work, is it all just form or the form of the creature they took on?

  3. And what’s all this about Illidan’s magical eyes supposed to be something about ‘great druidic potential’, i have special glowy eyes too! So do the dks and the belves, could they make good druids too? I’d kill for a undead dk druid going out as a dracolich or a skeletal lichlion or Halloween hellcreature, that’d be awesome!

  4. Also how does the druid magic work. If a cat throws leaves at me to heal bulletwounds, does that mean i could pick up a few cuddly kittens, strap them to my head with a pile of fall leaves and become effectively immortal?

Interdimensional transference to a pocket in dream land. When they select the new forum that swap places with current forum. It the reason why it instant. It also reason why armour and clothing does not restrict transference. Otherwise they all be running around naked or with a special robe.

Druidic witchcraft is unspeakable, they feel their bones changing, their flesh morphing, druid shapeshifting is like massive mutation, over the course of 3 seconds.

I don’t know about druids but worgens definitely watch there bones extend when they shift from human to wolf

Why don’t their clothes rip off when they change forms like in Hemlock Grove?

I assume they change exactly how the Druid did in Diablo 4 at Blizzcon, that was amazing!
