Naralax portion of wailing caverns is bugged after the second wave. Will not summon Mutanus. We cannot get credit for this achievement without killing Mutanus.
I am currently having the same issue.
The trick is to not kill the ectoplasms too quickly. It bugged out on me yesterday, but I went back in today and just slowly killed them. Then Mutunous spawned just fine.
