Wailing Caverns Big "Event" Murloc won't spawn

I killed all the bosses in Wailing Caverns. I went to the Disciple of Naralex and started the event. Followed him to the cave where he tries to cure Naralex. I killed all the trash…

AND NO MURLOC SPAWNED

I want my money back. Just kidding. You should know that he’s been trying to revive Naralex for 10 minutes now. And I have to do this again… :frowning:

it did, but I think it was because 1 member wasn’t in the instance at the start of the event… who knows?

I started playing in 2009. This happened the first time I ever did the dungeon.

August 12th 2022, happened to me as well. 2nd time it ever happens to me. Pissing me off quite a bit.

Sep 10 2022 - still buged

trying to fill achievement spent 90 min trying to figure out how to get the boss to spawn then I was in a group forming for H MGT and murloc wont spawn

Please fix! It sucks to kill all the bosses trying to get Mutanus to spawn only for nothing to happen.

Still bugged. Trying to complete the dungeon for the achievement in Wotlk Classic Prepatch. Defeated the fanglords, started the event, mobs spawned, then… nothing. Naralex is stuck casting and nothing has happened for several minutes. Left, came back. Totally broken.

yup. this. 3 of us killing bosses in dungeons for achievements… cannot get this boss to spawn. killed all bosses in the dungeon first, then did the escort. no idea. fix yo shizz, blizz.

Still bugged, mobs will spawn, but boss doesn’t ever come.

just happened to me playing in som classic. Disciple of Naralex just stays there glowing green doing the summon motion, but nothing appears.

It’s not happening every time. I did that dungeon last week and Mutanus did spawn. I’ve probably run it a dozen times in the last year uneventfully.
