So I completed the Wailing Caverns pet achievement last night but didn’t get Son of Skum, I’ve double and triple checked but he’s not in my bag, mailbox, or pets. What do I do? Thank you.
Wondering if this was your first time with this pet dungeon. You have to do the warmup run through it, the one that lets you heal, before you can start doing the weekly ones. And it’s first time doing weekly that gives you the achievement and the pet.

Definitely didn’t let me heal, also I have the achievement completed that says I get Skum, but no Skum. Triple checked the achievement.
Put in a ticket. If you completed the achievement but haven’t received the reward from said achievement, that sounds like a bug.
Double check your Pet Journal first. Make sure all the filters are properly set so all pets are showing. If you still can’t find Son of Skum submit a ticket.

I just checked your profile and verified that you do have the achievement and you don’t have Son of Skum in your pet journal.
All you can do is submit a ticket. I expect you will be given the pet.
The item you learn this pet from lands in your bag, and looks like a square of grey scales, so if a mod puts it in your bag rather than posting it, be careful you don’t mistake it for trash and delete it.
