Stop drinking is a good thing, customers are going to be donkeys and Karens, because they donāt get their way on certain things especially when policies stop them.
Why should anyone break a policy for a customer knowing itāll cost them their job?
There are things in the computers that keep employees from doing certain things, because thatās the way the company wants it.
I tell them in my thoughts to go somewhere else if they dislike the policies, they canāt read my mind thank goodness.
When they say they wonāt return Iām glad, one less toxic customer and making the store a better place.
The workers are on the bottom of the totem poll weāre just peons, we canāt change or do anything about what the people on top of the totem pole want to do.

only one of them was unjust report.
though the other one that was just made it seem like the end of the world. definitely fired.
didnt drink much just 3/4 of a gross wheat beer i end up dumping out. cant even do that right.
