When giving up something like alcohol you can replace it with some other activity that you enjoy, preferably something healthier, some sort of social activity like bowling, fishing, cycling, whatever works for that person. Itâs probably worth addressing the underlying causes of the alcohol use with appropriate therapy or medication as required.

Just got another toon to 80. I have a dozen now, a fraction of my too many alts.
I just realized that three of my toons are draenai. Two lightforged and one lady draenai. What was I thinking?
