man, i wish i could do that… but it would’nt solve my problem. as i said, it snows, stops, i shovel, snows again…
flamethrower would melt the snow, but then the next batch would come down, and get all heavy and slush-y from the previously melted stuff- it’d make it worse. it’d go from feeling like i’m shovelling a big pile of icing, to shovelling quickly-drying cement.

what makes matters… er… not ‘worse’ but different this year, is my step-dad built me a big gate at the end of my driveway (mostly so when him and mum come over, they can just let the dog out the backdoor instead of putting them on a tie-out), so most of the snow i’ve been shovelling is just ‘gone’. been chucking it over the gate.
