Not always – back in the olden days, if you wanted a ranged option, you learned Engineering so you could make dynamite.
Which … sorta brings light to the world. Briefly, and loudly.

I always have such a blast with dynamite. Nature’s glow sticks.
The trick is to use them before they start to sweat.
Dynamite gets very, very exciting when it starts to sweat.

ok, after trying that mead I am most definitely not cut out to be a viking/nord/dwarf. It was a very interesting flavor profile. Though i am by no means able to review authoritatively, i detected wine (the consistency mostly) with cider with ale.
