Last week was amazing. I got a lot done on the small homestead we are starting. Manchester isn’t anything like the rest of the state. I’m not saying it’s bad, but… There are a lot of good places in Manchester. You could have gone east and seen some of the old towns and finally hit the beach, which, if you’re into that sort of thing, has no requirement for women to wear tops and there is no state law either. Or gone north to Mt. Washington, seen the Kancamagus Highway, North Conway is absolutely beautiful, and north on 93 is through the White Mountains and where the Old Man of The Mountain used to be. There really is no bad direction.

I was born and raised here. If you ever have a chance, go to Vermont too. Right off 89 is the Cabot’s Cheese factory and Ben & Jerry’s. I love Vermont, but no offense to anyone, I can’t stand the politics.
