quick question, if you make a sandwich, what order of the layer do you put?
for instance, i put the meat ontop of the bottom of the bun, then cheese, and sprinkle in some lettuce or diced up jalapeno’s.

Bread, then the core aspects of the sandwich, then any extras/toppings, and then the other piece of bread.

This would randomly happy on road trips when I was growing up. We lived in Texas so when they said they “Aren’t allowed to cook Medium Rare” for legal reasons it was always shocking. Why do they even ask how it’s done if they don’t do Medium Rare???
