speaking of mixed drinks messed up, had a bartender absolutely butcher a tom collins recently. in lieu of actual lemon juice, it was just a slice of lemon. basically a gin and club soda at that point. which, i guess isnât bad, but not having had a cocktail in years to receive a drink in the metaphor of a k-mart version of a suit.
