WA to make abilities glow off CD?

I feel like this should be a super simple WA but I can’t seem to figure it out. I just want certain abilities to stay glowing while they’re off CD so I know to use them again.

add a condition

on cooldown = false

select glow from the dropdown (top item?) and check the box adjacent

You can also look into TellMeWhen. WeakAuras might be able to do everything (and more) TMW can do, but I found TMW easier to use for basic stuff such as what you are looking for.
