I use WSDA for moving and Alt+2 for Garrotte. When holding W to run forward and press alt+2, it is not responding at all. Any other combination work though. The alt+2 responded when holding S for left or D for right. The weird part is that the only combination that doesnt work is W+alt+2. When holding W to run and pressing alt + 1,3,4,5, the key responded. For testing purpose, I replace W with S and the alt+2 responded. So it has to be something to do wth W key it self. I have no clue why though. I found this old post have the exact same problem with me.

Maybe you binded those with w in the other binds, but tbh, that’s a weird bind anyways. I would try to stay away from your movement keys as you’re not always gonna be in an optimal position to use your abilities.
Also from my experience, on any keyboard, my alt key somtimes gets stuck and jacks up every other bind since it’s registering an alt in there. I just use alt for big defensives and use shift for any alt command I need.
I have using this binding for the past 4 years, this problem never occurred to me. And I checked everything on the key binding, no alt is been registered.
You sure it’s not bound to anything else? Seems odd to have a dead bind. Also how do your hands even make that lol, unless you press 2 on your mouse in combination.
The alt 2 responded with the combination of any other move keys, such as S and D. Its just doesnt work with W.
