Vulpera were a mistake

Just like Disney with Baby Yoda, Blizzard has decided to cash in on cuteness by introducing the Vulpera playable race.

Normally I’m not against good old capitalism, the problem is this game involves two factions that are radically different in terms of player representation…and Blizzard just gave a cute fluffy fox to the faction that is already significantly larger than the other.

‘But the Alliance got Mechagnomes!’ Do you honestly believe new and existing players are going to be excited about a stunted cyborg when the other option is said cute fluffy fox?

So unless the developers just don’t care about the faction imbalance anymore, they’ve just ignited a powder keg that is only going to make a pre-existing problem worse.

Yeah I’m waiting for alliance to get a race that knocks the other ARs outta the park, I genuinely like every one of Horde minus HM Tauren sorry HM Tauren but Alliance save for VE (personal preference) all feel like HM Tauren lack luster

I wish they had given Vulpera to the Alliance. Horde could have gotten Mechagnomes or something else.

I don’t want foxes, I just want Blizzard to actually try to doing something about the faction imbalance instead of shamelessly making it worse.

I do not like either of those lol or sethrak, I hope we get undead NE’s and in return Horde can have something lame to balance out Alliance normally getting lame with horde getting the juicy AR, otherwise yeah I honestly can’t even think of races anymore lol have we received them all or I would vouch for Vyrkul if we didn’t already have huge KT humans

i was so hoping for HORDE GNOMES. vulpera are okay too but a horde gnome would’ve made the game much better imo.

It would not make sense for Vulpera to go Alliance. I mean, how would the recruitment even go?

My immediate reaction is that they are too cute to be Horde, but the devs probably figured that so many players are Horde now that they are better off making the majority of players happy.

Really, everybody should just go Horde now. The devs obviously could care less about faction balance, so why should players take it seriously? Everybody just play Horde. If you like cute races (OK, I do) then you’ve got Blood Elves and the new cute foxes.
