Vulpera getting caught on every little elevation since SL

Every since prepatch I’ve noticed I can’t go over the slightest bump without getting stuck and needing to jump, stupid I have to waste a second or 2 of my speed buffs trying to guess which stair i can or can’t just run over.

Embrace the Night Elven custom of spamming jumps.

Welcome to the club. Just wait until you have to swim across a puddle.

I consider this a feature, not a bug.

Nothing is funnier than being surrounded by Orcs and Tauren warriors as a Vulpera and trying to climb over a crack in the ground.

Them big ol toe beans getting stubbed on everything. OwO

Welcome to being short! Gnomes have put up with this for years.

This is a Worgen and Blood Elf custom now as well.

Worgens get a flip like Night Elves every other jump, so like Night Elves, we seek to get 5 flips in a row too which is our version of a lottery. :frowning:

Blood Elves get a twirl. It’s not as cool but it too makes jumping worthy of spamming.

It’s weird watching other Vulpera players just run everywhere. We seem to have an oddly high chance of flipping while jumping, like every 3rd jump of mine is usually a flip.

Uneven terrain: Jumping > all

You aren’t the only race that has vertical limitations.

In The Maw next to the portal to Oribus, got myself stuck in the cracks to the left of it. Couldn’t get out. I may even still be sitting there… it is what it is.

How could I forget. Vulpera are now the 5th cool jumper race. 4th being Void Elves who came before them.

The Nigth Elves, Blood Elves, Worgen, Void Elves, and Vulpera live in a state of jumping superiority. It’s just how it is.

Feel you. I mained a mechagnome last expansion.

Ahh good times, yes lots of swimming in puddles (I like the one in last room of waycrest manor).

I agree with the others. This is by design, you get to experience the works differently as a smaller bodied being.

I prefer to think of our flipping as a barrel roll.

Ah, but do you press R or Z twice?

I noticed my goblin has been getting stuck on stuff as well. I also noticed that if there is any sort of elevation change, my goblin can’t use hex on the mobs, however, taller characters can. My guildies tease me about this all the time. They want me to bring a box to stand on when we go into dungeons.

Ah the joys of being the height of a gnome, having to swim in puddles, stand on a rock to be able to cast on mobs slightly higher elevated than you, turning auto-run on and getting stuck on a pebble in the road, it’s nice to see more races getting to experience the pleasures of being a gnome.

We are smol.

Oh man I thought I was the only one! I had to hearth out as my friend laughed at me until I managed to get back into the maw.
