It really frustrated me when people suggest Vulpera going alliance. I'd play them either way but they're clearly a horde race. People often cite Nightborn to justify this. But this isn't a really good justification because horde/alliance equally helped Nightborn (Except the alliance NPCs were arseholes about it). Alliance has almost no positive interactions with Vulpera at all except for pet battle trainers. Heck the Vulpera hideaway is flagged as a horde hostile zone to alliance. It makes no sense what so every for them to go alliance.
Know what, notice we've been getting a lot less haters and trolls and furry this and furry that people not saying its bad but its nice when we can discuss stuff without children ruining the fun.
Only a month until BlizzCon. You can make it! It's been 11 months, what's another 4 weeks?
Things I'm really hoping for with Blizzcon '18 is HD Goblin/Worgen model reveal. 8.2 hints including Vulpera and Hopefully Sethrak (Knowing bliz it'll probably be junker gnomes though...)[/quote]
Could be Vulpera and High Elves. The demand is there for both. And let's be honest, if Horde gets Vulpera the population isn't shifting if Alliance gets High Elves. Buy yeah, probably junker gnomes :P

Honestly that sounds like a fair trade off. I really love Vulpera but if it means I get High Elves instead I'm willing to make that sacrifice and even go horde side to have a foxi boi
While Blizzard has shown a tendency for tone deafness. They should have known that Vulpera were going to be a race that a significant number of players would want to play.
More people have wanted to play another race, rooted much deeper in the lore, for much, much, much longer.
They said no. I'll try not to stir the pot too hard by pointing out which race this is, but you probably already know.
Point being that just because players want something doesn't mean Blizzard will deliver it- at least, not unless it results in subscription losses.

People who fight without a purpose lose the will to fight eventually.

Yeah but they're just alliance blood elves. They're not interesting. And as many people who'd love to have them there would be just as many raging that alliance got another reskin when horde got something cool/original and the horde bias arguements would fester. Void elves were their compromise. Obviously the hardcore high elf fans don't like it. But it's what blizzard was willing to give.

This was one of the main goals of this campaign and the positive direction I always tried to steer discussion. I wanted to diffuse the furry hate in advance by acclimating the forum to the Vulpera. I think it's largely worked. As mentioned, people just get tired of posting negativity when there's no actual substance to be said
I could really use a class list to start making plans... I mean, I know rogues will be a thing but I'm thinking I want to play a caster class and those are really up in the air
