The wave isn’t the biggest problem, most of the gifs are just decorative except for the cloak geometry one. There was a gif showing off their custom cape physics but now it’s useless.

Being my main this guy remains human for rep grinds and such but I have a spot reserved for my Vulpera BM hunter as my Horde side main.

I just figured it out on my own. I don’t know what broke the images in the front page recently but I DID figure out what removed my ability to edit the front page.

On a hunch I decided to check if I could edit other old posts in the thread, and I found out I couldn’t… up until a post I made on July 7th, 2018. Which would make sense because the time I lost the ability to check change the front page was right around the time I was preparing the anniversary plans.

The forum is programmed to only allow you to edit posts that are up to a year old.

As for the mystery of the broken gifs, it seems the post was “edited” on Jun 27th, though checking revisions shows only my last news update on April 18th. So… I’m not sure what happened there. I did not, nor was I even able to update the post at that point. So either the system had a stroke or a mod stepped in to do… something.

Either way, it would seem that my losing the ability to update the front page is no bug. And I’ll likely have to start thread #2 if I want control of the front page back. I’ll leave my ticket open but in the mean time I’ll start drafting Vulpera Megathread 2

EDIT 2: It would seem the broken GIFs stem from the source I originally linked them from. They were linked from the Wowhead article which has since replaced them with static images. This doesn’t explain the mystery edit on Jun 27th but it does at least mean that the broken gifs are not anything to do with these forums.

I got a response to my ticket. They were unable to restore my ability to edit the front page and encouraged me to start a new thread. I’ll start putting together a new megathread and get version 2 ready to go for the next ARTuesday tomorrow. I’ll leave the link here when I post it to make sure you can all find it.

There is some nice berry smoked gouda I’ve had that has been amazing. Usually you go for tart fruit.

Vulpera racials turns out to be super OP at low levels since it heals 1/3 of the player’s HP, and I could easily outdps all non vulpera players even as the healer.

This allows vulpera players to kill quest mobs a lot faster which means way faster leveling.

Lightforged draenei ability is slightly similar. Except, its on a 2.5 minute cooldown where as bag of tricks is 1.5 minute cooldown so quite a difference actually. I do remember my lightforged wrecked low levels with that ability when they got released though. Of course, a key difference is…lightforged can’t heal with their damage ability.

For Vulpera, pretty much any character/class that can will be one :slight_smile: This character will be my main though, I love the Vulpera casting animations and how they look in cloth.
