Vulpera Celebration Thread! šŸ¦Š

The most Japanese thing you can think of Foxes and tentacles.

Personally, I am for options. I just want to play Vulpera already. However, what you are saying doesnā€™t even make sense. ā€œHide bootsā€ allows you to wear boots and get the armor and stats for having them on but see just the paws, which is what you want. I feel like youā€™re being unreasonable.

It does not give me the same look/weight to my character. I want the boots showing like they do now, with the paws exposed, instead of what they were, having a texture over the paws. Here, an image to show you what I mean.

On the left, it shows my character with boots. On the right, it shows them with boots hidden.

They are not the same thing.

Compromise involves everyone walking away unsatisfied.

So the only answer is Vulpera get troll feet.

Oh, I see what youā€™re talking about. Well, I am indifferent on the whole thing. I do think itā€™s kind of weird to only have part of a boot. :man_shrugging:

Well, itā€™s going to be weird to see a Vulpera ridding the fox mountā€¦
Or a Vulpera hunter with a fox petā€¦
I know Vulpera are not foxes, but still.

Isnā€™t there a panda mount? and plenty of wolf mounts? Is there a Gorilla mount? I know there is a Gronnling mount, undead ride undead horses, goblin npcs ride on the mooks or w/e.

Vulpera look alot like foxes, thats why i find it weird.
I dont look like my undead horse (i hope not!!!).

It would be weird to see a Tauren ridding a bufalo.

Not anymore weird than seeing a Highmountain Tauren ride a moose mount :man_shrugging:

Worgen look like wolves, Humans look like Gorillas. Orcs look like Gronnling. Undead riding undead. Mooks are mutated goblins. The game doesnā€™t have buffalo/cow/bull mounts.

Not yet at least.

I am of the camp that they look better with paws showing, however I would be OK if they get both full boot options and paw showing options, just so both parties can walk away somewhat happy.

I just canā€™t really get on board with a race that has feet built for travelingā€¦ utilizing boots.

I much prefer the idea I have in my head of my girl, Maggie, having scavenged the boot from some unfortunate traveler and ripping out the bottom of the boot so whatever size would fit her. XD

This, this and this give players both options either have boots or not have boots then both sides are happy and everyone can enjoy our Vulpera overlords in peace.

There could be.

Giggity.

I just feel like they would want to protect their paws from the scorching sands of Volā€™dun :man_shrugging::laughing:

None of the NPCs wear boots. The current look is the most fitting. I personally like the current look because of that but understand why people might not.

Maybe Shadowlands customization changes will allow boot toggle for pawed races.

Though the way they did boots on Pandaren is not the way to go because it looks odd having the gold trim when youā€™ve otherwise got nothing on the feet.

I reeeeeeeeaaaaallly hope they come up with some better jokes before Vulpera go live. Those jokes they have are terrible!

I hope so too. But take it from a Kul Tiran, I donā€™t think the jokes are going to get any better. If I want to /silly, thereā€™s nobody better than my fem Draenai.
