Good night, Eevee.
Well I got one of my Vulpera situated so far, so Iāll go ahead and share her:
This is the main character I thought of and wrote backstory for that I mentioned a few times before. I didnāt have many transmog options, so I just threw something togethat that looked decentā¦though it looks like she came from Naruto, sorta. Iām planning to get more transmog options when I can and also see how sheāll look when I get the Vulpera heritage armor.
The name actually came from the in-game Everquest 1 random name generator. She was an alt in that game I just made quickly just to check something out in nearby location where she started. In terms of back story, her parents liked to tinker with mechanical stuff and junk and named her that to be cute.
Speaking of backstory, itās about time I share some of it. Gweese is a happy and carefree Vulpera that, while gathering plants, was ambushed by some Blood Trolls. My Zandalari Balance Druid, named Lakzu, was nearby and came to her aid and although they fended them off, the female Blood Troll Shaman, leader of the group that ambushed them, managed to curse Lakzu into being a small version of his flight form before getting away. Gweese, grateful for her life having been saved, promised to help Lakzu in getting rid of the curse. They both become best friends as a result of their journey together.
This is one of the different types of fiction that I plan to write with my characters, and both her and Lakzu eventually join a group consisting of some other characters of mine. Whenever I get the inspiration, I plan to write some stories for different adventure groups consisting of my characters, sort of like youād see in a DnD campaign. Sadly, life has been a bit busy for me to actually sit down and get around to it. ā <;
Anyway, one fox done, now to work on my Male Vulpera Warlock, who Iāll also share when I get done getting him situated. ![]()
Iām gonna go and unlock the Mechagnomes now. Cant let the foxes have all the love lol.
Hope you all had a good first day of 8.3!
Well Iām not centered correctly but at least my icon finally updated! Weee![quote=āZyco-wyrmrest-accord, post:2188, topic:324401, full:trueā]
My icon wonāt update but Iām a vulpera now too!

Things went well! Iām a fox now.
Oh hey cool, whatās that outfit?
Ok, I think I got my male Vulpera Warlock up to speed, so here he is:
I quickly put some transmogs that looked decent on him. You may be wondering why a Warlock would dress in all white like a priestā¦well, currently, Iām going with the idea that he intentionally does that so people donāt immediately realize he is a warlock out in the open. Iāll have to look at transmog options again in the future as I get more options.
Spleek is actually the name of my Ratonga Warlock I had in Everquest 2. Itās a name I somehow thought of that just seemed to fit. He isnāt evil by any means, and instead is more of a āsurvive as best as you canā type. I havenāt written up too much backstory for him, but now that I have actually designed and created him in game, itās something I plan to do eventually.
Anyway, I hope everyone got to make their foxes and had an awesome Foxmas. Still hard to believe that playable Vulpera are finally a thing. A dream come true, indeed!
As I said a few times before, I am very thankful of the hard work of Eevee and the Vulpera Hype Caravan for continuing the campaign for playable Vulpera. Yāall have been both inspirational and awesome for the hard work and dedication put into supporting playable Vulpera.
Now if I can just get playable Horde Ogres, Saurok, and Sanālayn, Iād be very content and happy. Until that day comes, Iāll be enjoying my new foxes and my MechaGnome!

My fox still isnāt on the forums yet, woe is me!
Try relogging into the forums, mine was missing too until I did that.
It seems to be the only way to force some browsers to check the character list again.
I tried that and it still didnāt work cries Let me try again and see!
Love my new main, just gotta level first! thank you for the wonderful thread Eevee and everyone who was apart of it!!

Iāve logged in and out of game and forums, and still show up as an invisible elf. Imagine if that bug happened in game too.
*edit, wait, it at least says Vulpera now. Progress?
Yay got it to work with my phone! --Falls
Just wanted to say that today has been awesome. I play on an RP server, and while Maggie hasnāt had all the friendliest walk-ups, every one of them have been lovely and good interactions for character development.
Wasnāt having a very good day today but escaping to my new fox main and diving into some good olā character development RP really brought my mood up.
I hope everyone elseās day was as good as mine. <3
Ooooo youāre on my server! Nice I love WrA. Iām looking forward to bringing my Vulpera ICly into my guild with my other guildies too. All of my elves are gonna die from cuteness overload.
You betcha! Was a bit chaotic today, but great fun. Feel free to say hi if you see me pass by-- but be warned Maggieās a bit hyper and has a nose for trouble!
Same here for Rollza! One of the reasons why sheās kinda dead hehe! Iāll definitely say hi if I see you. Granted Iāll be busy working tomorrow but Iāll go IC sometime soon. Did you fill your profile out already? My story is pretty typical compared to some complex ones I have for my Sanālayn. But sometimes itās good to be a bit more simplistic.
Also I guess Vulpera have no last name which feels strange.
Fair point to make-- Maggieās lucky she aināt dead!
I have a fully decked out profile, very large bio that isnāt at all a required read if thatās not your thing; you get the gist of her from first glances. Had her bio ready the literal week Vulpera were announced, had a friend help me write it and everything!
Iāll read it! I donāt mind one bit. I read a few profiles today and love it. Though I might play my main (elf) just because she finds Vulpera adorable and will fall over with joy seeing all of them.
Going to be hilarious playing her having to keep her composure and not snuggle/pet every Vulpera she comes across.
At last. Oā great day of fox ascension now pasted me by. I stand upon the other side of the threshold and beheld the glory of the Vulpera. The rising of caravans. The pouring of salt. The changing of races.
