Wanted one of these for so long and well considering it’s a well Vulpera mount figured I’d find it in Vol’dun somewhere as a secret or a vendor item but my research turned up nothing till now…
Apparently some genius at Blizzard decided to put the Vulpera themed flying mount somewhere that made no sense to check old god invasions through either a rare drop or an exalted faction grind 
Currently trying to decide whether this mount is worth the trouble of grinding to exalted with Uldum Accord and its 20,000 gold price.
You can get one as a mount drop off of some rare buzzard or the other.

You’re very lucky to have an on brand flying mount. I’ve struggled with something appropriate for my draenei.
Go grind for your scavenger.

There’s a new buzzard mount color coming for the trading post. Safe to assume it’s 900 tenders if you’re collecting them.
Sadly vulpera clip into it and look terrible on one.
shouldn’t be that bad at 70. slow maybe w the invasions rotating (i never did hit exalted w any of my characters but i also didn’t want anything from them so didn’t try very hard, still made revered) but not hard - do some activities one day a week, if that’s all you can take. and 20k, once you have a max level, is also next to nothing. i don’t think you’ll find it that bad
this is one of the less terrible mounts to get - no RNG, no crazy achievements. do WQ/weeklies for rep, buy from vendor.
