Vulpera allied race quest: Why is Baine on the Grommash hold?

Just saying the post may have spoilers.

Like why? please blizzard tell me why, the horde should be a council now, why the tauren leader is not on Thunder Bluff, aka the tauren city?

are you going for real play the chair dance? he had orc>troll>undead elf and now tauren?

Can we expect a little consistency? like, let thunderbluff the tauren city have the tauren leader, and actually put an orc leading the orc city? is that hard?

Also the quest itself is even more of a joke, are you trying to make us dislike Baine even more? who the heck he thing he is to decline the vulpera to join the horde? is he warchief now? where is the council?

Why Baine would do that to other races when thrall himself accept the tauren before?

tl;dr: Remove Baine from Grommash hold, let other people handle the allied race quest. The dude is becoming insufferable like Sylvanas

Someone had to be there. That’s all.

There’s no more boss leader that leads the other leaders. Now all of the faction leaders lead together.

It could have been Thrall, Lorthemar, Gazlowe, etc. It was Baine. It would make no difference if it was someone else.

Maybe the others were busy elsewhere. Even Baine was busy during the questline.

Yeah I was wondering the same, why he’s there, why he’s in charge of dealing with complaints and why he’s in charge of accepting or denying new members in the horde? Isn’t this kind of authority something the council should decide and not a single racial leader who is not even the leader of that specific Horde city?
Also, if he’s there, who’s in Thunder Bluff?

And why not an orc in the city of orcs, and let the tauren stay in the city of taurens?

he is actively bossing around and denying the race to join the faction like he is the warchief, where is the council?

it would make totally difference, im tired to see other races in command of the orc city, Thrall is back, why not use him? we have so many other orc characters who have a leadership,even the Senile Eitrigg would be enough.

just like nobody stayed in echo isles and nobody stayed in undercity, Blizzard is just doing a mess

Is not like he doesnt want them to join them, he feels its a bad idea, because the Horde is currently a mess due to a stupid banshee and he doesnt want the Vulpera having to deal with the mess they currently have

Thats pretty annoying if the cowardly traitor is going to be showing up as the “warcheif” in all but name now.

Why even bother with the counsil? Shouldnt the other races be present for a vote?

Hopefully this is the beginning of his descent into madness so we can kill him.

He is doing warchief stuff, like he is warchief, he should be in Thunderbluff in the tauren city doing Tauren stuff, the loser didn’t even appear to raid Orgrimmar agaisnt sylvanas, why he there?

Where the f* is thrall? hiding again?

Baine is the new face of the Horde, just like Anduin the face of the alliance. I think the schadenfreude is high on alliance side who were called out for having a boring story…

This puzzles me as well. Darnassus aside, I have yet to see the Alliance undergo a major upheaval at the same level (and at the same rate) as the Horde does on a regular basis.

they could swap the stuff? like Baine could deal with whatever should be dealt, and thrall or other orc should deal with things in orgrimmar?

If you ask me, Orcs and Humans get too much of a spotlight. The less non-Orcs and non-Humans we interact with, the better.

He really isn’t. He is just listening to his allies’ problems.

Orgrimmar is no longer the “Orc city”. It’s the Horde’s capital. There is a Tauren place, a Troll place, a Goblin place, etc.

If all leaders are leading the Horde together, all leaders should be in the Horde’s capital.

the horde orcs didn’t get spotlight since mop, only now with Saurfang but hey, he is dead like others, i don’t want then to get spotlight just they leading their own city.

we need to stop dismissing the orcs within the horde in prol of this dumb lore, its the orc city an orc should lead it, like an tauren lead the tauren city, and a elf lead the elf city

since we don’t have warchief anymore this should be possible without a problem.

Even if the council had been chilling in a corner, people would still complain about Baine being the one you turn the quest into.

And? Why does that even matter? This was a Horde-level decision, not an Orc-level decision.

why? every other racial city the leader is from that race

Stormwind? human
Irongforge? dwarves
Silvermoon? Blood elves

Why it would be so absurd to want an orc leading an orc city? consistency and representation?

Then why is a tauren in the orc city doing alone?

Orgrimmar is not an Orc city and never has been. It has always been the capital city of the Horde. The Orcs just happen to also live there. If there was a decision specifically affecting the Orcish population, then Thrall would step in. But this isn’t it. It’s a Horde-level decision to allow a new race to join.
