VTK - Do you

VTK - How many of you actually read the reason why the kick is happening? Yes this is a Sunday post. I know sometimes in LFR I have seen kicks happen so fast I didn’t even get a chance to read it, so hence my question.

Do you read the reason for the VTK?

In lfr no in 5man content yes

Yes. And i’ll vote no if its a stupid reason. Granted 90% of the VTK I seen is for AFK/DCed people.

I do, because I’m probably already itching to click-to-kick before it comes if it’s valid. If I wasn’t expecting a kick then it’s probably a bad reason.

But the real thing people gotta pay attention to is WHO the kick is against. Especially in dungeons where one instigator has a chance to stir everyone up, and then put in a vote against someone else calling them the jerk.

I read nothing. I click yes, or confirm, or whatever it is just so itll get out of my face. I have enemies attacking me. I cant be bothered to care if your day gets ruined by a popularity contest or not.

VTK doesn’t work for me in LFR last time I saw one (about 6 weeks ago). The dialog box is not able to be interacted with, and I just hear a bunch of clicking audio (presumably from others than CAN vote).

Anyway, I read the name to make sure the right person is getting kicked because sometimes the Problem tries to kick someone else…

I’ve heard VTK leads to MDK.

That’s if it doesn’t lead to MGK, then you’re a lost cause.

In the rare cases I see one pop up, all the time.

I haven’t seen anyone kicked from LFR in ages. And when I did, it was 'cause a tank was AFK.

Always and I don’t always agree.

Yes. And no I don’t click agree for dumb stuff. In fact, it takes a very obvious reason for me to hit agree like they are literally AFK at the door, or trolling the group/being a jerk, or DCed for more than a few minutes.

I only VTK people who I see complain about VTK on the forums.

Yes. It’s one line and I do read it.

If I’m going to click “yes,” the reason is probably obvious to me already anyway.

By far the most common reasons are d/c’s and someone not moving, which will get a “yes” from me.

Exception to that: Someone tried to kick a guy who said in chat they needed an emergency bio, and I clicked “no.” They came back and caught up. Communication is a beautiful thing.

I read it and click “YES” regardless of the reason :dracthyr_shrug:

One time I clicked no and left instead.

i do.

Though i’ll only vote yes if the person is blatantly trolling or been dc’ed for long enough.

The reason that always comes up is “sloppy healer”… I can’t help that I sometimes get food on my face and clothes.

If I’m going to agree to the kick I do.

I respect that, the people who just click… I do not respect.

Of course I read the reason. I can’t actually hit the button outside of an unpredictable half-second window, so I have nothing else to do but read the reason given until the button lights up.

It would be harder not to read the rerason.

Yes, but…

LFR doesn’t have the same type of voting system to kick players, so… there’s no “reading” there in the first place. Reading the reason for someone to be kicked is a thing that can only happen in LFD.

Same, albeit most of the time you don’t even need to read it since in my experience the overwhelming majority of votes to kick someone from a group has been self explanatory.
