Vrykul would have been way cooler of an Allied race than the kul tiran

Just figured I’d throw that out there. One day perhaps

They would’ve but that wouldn’t have fit the whole “BFA is for giving the alliance the middle finger” theme.

How many faction leaders did the Alliance lose in BFA? And how many of their cities got to be seiged by the horde?

Let’s see. Teldrassil was burned to ashes killing most night elves. Stormwind got burned. The horde also destroyed that small city in Kul’tiras.

They didn’t lose any faction leader but then again is not like any of them actually mattered.

Jaina did a 180 and now is a hippie again, anduin is same thing as always, same with genn, tyrande got a goddess power up and… still lost to nathanos so…yeah not much that matters in that front.

They would’ve but there is hardly any existence of them in BFA asides from expeditions. They certainly would even out the sheer size counterparts because if we get Vrykul, the ancient ancestors of humans to the Horde’s Ogres who have a much better chance becoming a Allied Race, if Blizzard gets off their high horse and makes a effort because for crying out loud, STONEMAUL CLAN!

Though I do like Kul Tirans IMO, they do stand out to me.

What makes me mad about the Kul’Tiran, apart from their ugliness(And this is coming from an Orc) is the fact that they complete threw out the classic fantasy of Orcs fight strong, Humans fight smart.

I mean, come on, I know they got some Vrykul blood, but they tower so badly over my Orc, I mean, if the Alliance had recruited half of the Kul’Tiran population as footmen, they would have won the Second War without Turalyon putting all that show.

Sylvannus and The Horde are innocent and I have proof.

What proof? You don’t even have a face!

WoW world would be much cooler if there wasn’t an alliance hating dev in charge.

I have proof… provided by spies… that proves that The Horde is being framed…

The Humans are to blame. They are covering up and blaming The Horde.

I disagree, I quite enjoy playing my Kul Tiran.

You act like this is a new and controversial take.

Literally everyone felt this way.

They should have modified the Drust storyline. Those that followed Gorak Tul were the ones we wiped out. Those that continued to get along with the Kul Tirans were the ones that stayed friendly and we worked with. The Drust could have been an in-between from Vrykul and Humans, another step in the evolution. That way, they could have been as tall as Zandalari/giant KT and it would have made sense to have shorter Vrykul.

I’d rather have a Drust Druid than some nonsensical giant human one.

Zul did that and that damage was repaired fast. It’s not like you know the alliance took the princess for no reason.

Horde lost undercity… Ignored… Also yet another city sieged.

Add in more writing to make us the bad guy.

Yep the sooner we kill sylvanas the sooner this idea dies, because I cant see Odin going all crazy.

Another ‘X race would’ve been better than Y race’

How original.

Well the alliance are angry because the horde only deserve the uggo races. Good guys need to be pretty.

Well I get the distinct impression that playable Kul’tirans aren’t great at cardio. So I’d say the Orcs still have that much on them.

That said, I tend to agree that adding an entire “race” of 7 foot tall humans kind of messes with that dynamic. If they’d been full on Vrykul/Drust then it wouldn’t have been as weird. Or perhaps let Kul’tirans have body size options, as well as an explanation that lorewise, the big ones are very few and far between.

Hilarious coming from the one playing the most popular race in the game.
