We were about to complete a +20 vortex pinnacle. We were overtime but were going for completion. On the last boss, at 30% boss did a static cling (mechanic where you need to jump). When it went off, the instance crashed and we lost the key. This occured at 11:22 central time. Its possible that the game was live updated, which is unfortunate. I guess while we’re here I’ll mention that Altarus does too much damage, the adds on the last boss are summoned to frequently.
