Here’s the deal:

When Rezan died and gave his godhood to Vol’jin, he said:

“Let all that I was… be reborn… within you.”

And you know what Rezan was?

He was the power source of Zandalari Paladins. That’s part of “all that he was”.

So when Vol’jin comes back, he will be the power source of Zandalari Paladins.

But you know who really really like Vol’jin? The Darkspear Trolls.

And there’s no world in this universe where Vol’jin empowers just the Zandalari and leaves the Darkspear to rot.

So when Vol’jin returns as Pala’jin, we get Troll Paladins.

Vol’jin will be much more than that he is Rezan’s Successor, the next Loa of Kings.

With Vol’jin’s luck he’ll die again tripping over a rock or something.

If Vol’jin was to introduce a class it would be a Shadow Hunter or Witch Doctor.
