I’m leveling a lock up and i noticed these rocks while gathering some weed.
These look remarkably close to unfinished heads.

There is no info. This is merely a product of the human brain’s aptitude for noticing patterns. Even where non exist.
Same reason you see shapes in your stucco ceiling.
They look like Dinosaur heads like the flying teradactyls or whatever. I honestly don’t think this is any weird conspiracy or anything, just decided to put big giant rocks ontop of eachother. One of them has a world quest boss inside

That first one looks like Wally Gator.
There was also a smiley face on the Orc Male nose
