Yeah, the VElf shield and mace have been lying around in the files for yonks. They were in the game before VElves were, in fact. That’s why they’re a ways back in your transmog catalogue
I’d say the random NPC is more a hint but, given, y’know, the Tyrsguard, I think there’s a strong hint of pallies for everyone coming eventually, not just VElf.

Based on the interview comments, we are a long way off from more races getting Paladins so don’t get your hopes up.
There’s a velf paladin in the dark heart quest line.
Looks like they might be called eclipse knights.
Paladins prob the next class to be blanket implemented

At least my SPriest will love the mace and off hand. That shield is so awesome though. And I dont play prot warrior
I can’t believe they gave us a green bow. I thought we would finally get a bow to match the heritage armor.

That looks like it would come from the raid from what Ive seen. But otherwise, yeah. The other items do. Just not the bow. It just has a hint of void on it.

I expect Paladins for every race to come in Midnight, that with the focus on Sunwell, Light, and Void.
Agreed. Maybe one of the bows from the next few expansions will be a better match.
There’s also the purple skin on the artifact. Comes with the bow. Not great, but another option until the raid bow
Probably just set up for a shop purchase with the pre-patch.
It does have void effects but yeah, it also doesn’t have a quiver. I really wish blizz would give us bows with quivers… and this one even uses the same model as the MM artifact weapon that has a quiver with it. I’ll stick with the one I’m using on this character.
No dagger is such a… bummer.
They’ve already stated they want to add paladin,shaman, and druid to all races. But we have no idea what the timing on that will be. I’ve heard people speculating paladin will be in midnight but idk
