Voidcore Refund

Anyone else not receive refunds? Players spent them on the same raid boss as me and got refunds but I did not receive anything. Spent before 8:05 Pst as well.

At this point, if you did not get it, cut your losses. They wont refund beyond what they already have.

The rolls were bugged only for dungeons, not for raid bosses.
It is weird that they refunded for raids in first place.

Also didnt get a voidcore back after using it before the fix. Hopefully someone sees these threads but I doubt it.

I spent one on Tue and didn’t get it back (spent one on Wed that isn’t eligible for refund, but the first one was and I didn’t get it).

You’re not alone in not getting a refund for one spent before 8:05p.

Nebulous Voidcores not returned

I spent 2 cores on a bonus loot roll in Voidspire on Tuesday evening. Somehow I do not meet the requirements for a return of those 2 cores. What gives blizz? “We really want to make this right as best we can, so we’re going to refund every Nebulous Voidcore that was spent before we fixed the issue. We’re identifying every player-character who spent a Nebulous Voidcore before the fix and in the next day or so, we will grant them back to you in-game.” Was that blue post an outright lie? I spe…

I used mine on Tuesday, around 8/9 pm CST. Did a faction/name change on Thursday before refunds. Have spoke to a few others in the same boat. None of us received our refunds. Sadly I think we are out of luck, I contacted support and they basically just rehashed the forum post and told me there was nothing they could do.

If I get the same stuff I got last week Tuesday I’m going to be so upset

Honestly i don’t even think blizz knows what they are doing anymore with these things, wouldn’t be shocked if they have some other criteria that they havn’t shared yet.

I completely understand how frustrating it can be not to receive your refund for the Nebulous Voidcore, especially when others in your raid did.

Unfortunately, our policy doesn’t allow us to refund spent Nebulous Voidcores once they’ve been used.

Don’t make a blue post saying you will refund for roll used before 8:05 PST and not 100% commit to that. My Chim kill was 6:40 PST and others that rolled on the same boss at the same time got refunded. Like wtf Blizzard EVERYONE in game should get an extra 2

Rolled the same raid boss my guildies did. They got refunds, I didn’t. Their internal system review said I rolled outside of the timeframe. This is obviously not true because it was on tuesday night at the same time as my guildies. But allg! Totally fair that I was not afforded refunds that others were.
