This is the worst affix by far. Enemies taking zero damage on tyrannical and fortified at certain points is guaranteed wipe at higher keys. Tyrannical and Fortified are still horrible horrible affixes as well that need to be removed but my days this one has to be removed. Just change it to an add that Xal summons that doesn’t do anything to other adds, like shrouded, and if we kill it within a certain time we get 100% cooldown reduction and 50% healing received.

So remove the actual “hey, this is a thing you should kill” consequence for not killing it, and make the benefit for killing it insane?

Was gonna say… They even undid the health buff to them, they should be pretty easy to smash into pieces and get the CDR, lol.
My fix and reward is absolutely far fetched but there is no doubt that this affix feels not fun compared to the two we had. Soak balls ok, interrupt balls ok, it’s fine and doesn’t immediately punish you for existing like this one does. My biggest case is that it’s simply not fun. It’s super unfun on Tyrannical where you already get one shot if anything breathes on you, also disc feels so bad with this affix.
I think if it was reworked into summoning an add that increases damage dealt the longer its alive is more fun than causing things to take reduced damage. Biggest thing is it is not fun and kinda makes it a no key week.
