The closest we get to blood elves using nature magic are the keepers of the runestones in Eversong Forest (probably just priests) and the Botanists in Tempest Keep (mages who use some nature spells after tapping into the twisted magics of the Botanica). High Botanist Freywinn even turns into tree form and casts Tranquility.
im actually a little surprised we didnt get earthen druids. those freysworn seem awfully druidic
