Not sure if there’s something I’m missing but, occasionally, I am unable to cast Void Ray at all until enter Meta. I can be maxed on fury but am unable to use the ability. It doesn’t happen all the time but it is game breaking when it happens.
Meanwhile I had a void ray going for 15 seconds doing damage all the way through today, lel.
Ok, meanwhile, I was not able to use Void Ray even when maxed on fury when this happened. Good feedback, though.
Are you talented into unrestrained fury at the top of the class tree?
I think there might be a bug with void ray where it sometimes needs one extra fury.

No, I don’t have that talent. 
You should have that in basically all scenarios. Bigger fury bar = more meta time and also less wasting fury if you go over 100
