They still aren’t traitors.
They were exiled - they were not his people anymore. That’s literally what exile is. Which means they quite literally could not be traitors.

They refused to listen to the guidance of the leaders and their disobedience to the best interest of the Blood Elven people put them all at risk. They earned exile and then went to Blood elf enemies.

nightborne are not representative of the night fantasy. the night elves are the wow spin on wood elves(druids, sentinels)
in contrast, the nightborne are representative of the highborne fantasy, something the player night elves turned their backs on as they were the ‘lowborne’. the highborne fantasy is defined by magic use, city living and is closer to a blood elf
oh yea and they have different models. slightly different musculature that is much more noticeable on males but females also have a different posture and ofc the upturned ears
whereas void elves are straight up a soulless clone of blood elves

void elves should be shoved on the exodar with the draenei floozies and have their spaceship flown into the sun.
Only newbies take exile’s reach. I can’t stand it. So no that doesn’t take care of that problem. There is no problem. Alliance can stay in it’s own territory.
That’s not what the unlock quests state.
