Void elves got the new Eyes! New customization found

Honestly I’m still trying to figure out why humans needed 60 different eyebrows.

Really cool to see it, it seems blood elves also got the Arcane purple eyes.

I think these are eyes that blood elves shouldn’t have gotten, but they look nice

UPDATE!

The high elves in game now once again have blue eyes!

No, they are both disgusting but Blood elves have their own flavor, more barbie city girl , fancy flavor. More magic like.

Helves tend to be more like rangers and so.

So for example belves should have fancy hairstyles and jewelry and stuff.
Velves looking like helves could get war paint and braided hairstyles instead.

Hopefully more races get stuff!

I wish I had that option TBH I like it a lot.

Blizz is obsessed with orcs.

Yeah these look very voidy, but is not a problem, just arcane stuff.

I mean, it makes sense they got it, blue, azure and purple were their original eyes, now that the Sunwell is cleansing them, the ones that don’t play around with Fel or Holy are getting their original eyes back. Or at least, that’s what it looks like or what I am hoping for than simply Blizzard making some die hard high elves join the Horde out of nowhere, but Lor’themar still has his green eyes, so I am not sure.

Why not? What reason would it be that High Mountain Tauren who are only different by the blessing they received granting them different horns wouldn’t have more fur options? Facial hair options? Warpaint options?

Mag’har orcs are just orcs from a different timeline where from WoD they’re the exact same thing but instead of drinking demon blood they started working with machines. Why wouldn’t they have the same hairstyles? Warpaint options?

Light Forged Draenei are Draenei who went through a trail, why would they suddenly forget how to put jewelry on their horns or have a shorter tail?

Or Mechagnomes who are literally gnomes who change out their body parts with cybernetics wouldn’t have the same hairstyles.

The other options being on the same faction isn’t a good enough reason to not spread around some of the other choices. Just like Velves didn’t get everything that Belfs have though I’m sure that wont last long.

I am hopeful they will start sharing stuff between allied and core races, honestly.

Mag’har have some great hair options while MU Orcs have some amazing beards, wish I could combo some of them.

I agree they needed purple but these particular ones look more like the hair-void textures to me so these look more like velfs while belves should’ve gotten a more kirin-tor like purple.

These are definitely belf stuff and not helves rejoining, as they changed some belf npcs to these like they changed humans to black and asian.

The warpaint is cultural to their tribes the fur could be because they developed in different areas. But also they do need to keep the races separated to a point.

Hairstyles is true. warpaint are based on the original horde, while mag’har are their own thing.

Their horn models are different as well as their tail model, they need to remake them to make that work. Also wait, draenei don’t have horn jewelry…

Mechagnomes got new skin colours though. hairstyles is to keep races separated.

Yeah, not asking for everything. Fine not warpaint. Fur colors and and facial hair is silly. There is no reason why a high mountain tauren wouldn’t have three braids.

Yes, that came from the clans, which still existed in AU Orcs. They have a video of them going into Blood Lust. They’re not a different culture.

Yes, horn models are added in with hair styles, which again they’re not a different race and would have a chance at having the same horn. As well as shorter and longer tail. It is the exact same model as Draenei.

Yep, so it is possible they can do copy and past of the same faction so the Velf thing getting stuff now because they are on a different faction doesn’t mean so much more now.

In the end Velfs are getting a far better treatment than any other Allied race that are just carbon copies

(Commentary): Originally elven eye colors spanned the spectrum from what I understood. Alleria had green eyes during the Second War, and never had any contact with Fel magic.

And Alleria originally had emerald green eyes, so does that mean void elves should get green eyes? I just think it would’ve been nice for each of the elves to have colors unique to them

Did they not have blue eyes anymore?

A lot of them got swapped to purple when they dropped the pre-patch. Before that, a lot of them had death knight eyes

(Commentary): Interesting. Seems the new eye color for Blood Elves and Void Elves is an addition Blizzard made while fixing a bug with female High Elf eye colors (they weren’t supposed to have purple eyes).

This chart hurts me emotionally.

To be fair, it does look like a retcon, since said information came from Tides of Darkness. Considering a lot of stuff from the Warcraft II era has been retconed to hell, such as the Twisting Nether being the place souls go instead of the Shadowlands and so on.

I wonder how many Daenerys we are about to see walking around…

Purple is one of my favorite colors, and all my VE’s save one are rocking the current purple eyes.

Think I’ll switch my lock to these eyes when they come out.

Void elves deserve to have ALL the customization options as the race is the only thing keeping this dead faction alive.

Alliance needs all the help it can get to make people actually PLAY this faction.
