Void Elf Paladin make a lot of sense

First I’m not upset, I just don’t think Void Elves need more attention currently.

Second there is no fair treatment customization wise in this game or fair attention, I have realized from talking to you though that you just want a race (Void Elves) to get more and more while trying to play the fairness angle which is funny given races I actually put first haven’t gotten anything new yet or very little new so I guess that shows who actually cares about customizations being equal and fair to all races and it’s not you or people like you.

I don’t care how much attention my boss gives other coworkers, as long as we’re all paid fairly. Thats how it is, its not about attention for me. If i hold the same position as my coworkers and have the same experience, I would expect the same result, because that is the standard.

But you could never achieve any kind of fair result if you don’t address the issue first, and the only way to do so is to give everyone equal attention, and the same amount right off the get go, and continue that policy. But your policy would exclude one group and probably wouldn’t yield the same results.

lol, yeah something like that. I don’t even play void elves and i’m being accused of bias. The irony.

I feel like this conversation is going in a pointless circle, you have your side I have my side we aren’t going to agree so I’m going to leave it at that because whether you like it or not I am real about how Blizzard does customizations and I want the races that actually need new customizations to come first and that’s regardless of having a Blood Elf main. Period.

Good luck on that hopeless endeavor. As stated before, Blizzard doesn’t listen to its consumers. But this was a hypothetical scenario and wasn’t disagreeable. It was literally just to get back at void elves because they got attention 3 times or whatever.

Dis is so true

Void elves don’t even deserve to be hunters…

Blood elves are the only real paladins. We even have o ur own tabards. Go be a velf hunter named Sylvanas or something

What customization did they get? Blood elf old copy paste.

Nobody asked for that. We asked for actually more void themed features. Like more than 3 tentacle hairstyles for male void elves. Or better void themed skin color gradients than either pale white or dark purple at one extreme.

I actually blame Blizzard. When you think about it, it all started with racials being OP in MOP, especially Troll racials, and a lot of guilds switching to Horde. Now, I am uncertain if there is a faction imbalance, since there is no official and reliable source, but there is sure a participation imbalance, or so I think.

Indeed, astonishing.

I find it amazing how a small vocal group of Discord friends can easily come to a thread they don’t like, flag the OP and other users participating in the thread, derail the thread and paint a whole fanbase of a race as childish players and project on to them their own insecurities and flaws.

And moderation seems to be ok with this attitude. Mind blowing.

Anyway, I don’t really care for void elf paladins but if that makes people happy, go for it.

Well alliance are dominant on like 10-20 servers out of all of them, while horde is dominant on around 90%.

It definitely is a bias, or a lack of awareness. At the rate we’re going, its just a matter of how many ways to divide the community.

First racials, then races, then faction numbers, then pvp disparities because of former points, and pve disparity (recruiting pools/guilds/M+ groups), then transmog/customizations. Hell even as far as more controversial (idk how?) issues such as lgbt/skin tones for elves/humans/etc., was an issue.

If I didn’t know better, the community is verging on collapse or tearing itself apart over their tribal demands rather than seeking the good for the entire community. That is my hot take.

Eh, maybe.

It’s just so much a universal that people will seek out the meta that I don’t know what they could have done to keep it from happening. Maybe there’s something Blizz could have done, but I have a feeling there was always a chance you’d end up with a concentration on one side or the other depending on when the big guilds decided it wasn’t worth it to keep switching sides for things.

why was this post flagged , good god.

This is the 367u123086712th thread on the smaller elves, and people have gotten very efficient at getting sick of hearing about them.

Because a vocal minority felt it was not uniform enough to their views.

Isn’t that the forums in most cases anyway? What has changed in the last 17 years other than the subject of the complaint? Some of the subjects changed, the complaints haven’t, and people still tear each other apart over it.

There is always a downside to a game with factions as it is always going to split the community. And racials doesn’t have to play any factor in that. I think Factions would’ve worked alright at the start, but as WoW went through more expansions, and everything kept changing within every expansion, factions just got worse, because it caused a lot of issues in the long run. Although I want to name a few as player caused problems, it can be sourced actually to Blizzard.

I agree. I think the game would’ve though been better off without factions to devide the WoW community in the first place.

Honestly, maybe i’m cynical, but I don’t think it would’ve stopped much. The forums has found ways to divide people on issues that most wouldn’t think imaginable.

I dunno, I like the two separate stories aspect, at least when that happens. But I think if the cross faction stuff came earlier that would have helped.

Pretty much, this one is just one of the more persistent and loud minorities that has a reputation. People are tired of hearing it and tend to flag and move on.
